White Tea
Production:
Tea leaves are carefully air dried using time, sometimes in sunshine or partial sun, and/or low heat. True White teas are not rolled or shaped.
Leaf Style:
Voluminous, open and irregular size leaves. If only buds are used, then very regular, and straight and cylindrical leaf covered in white “down”.
Cup Characteristics:
Smooth, sweet, floral, light and delicate, this brew is pale in color

Brewing Instructions:
1.5tsp per 8 oz. water and steep for 2 minutes Water temperature around 175 degrees (hotter water will burn tea)
