Rooibos
Production:
These teas come from the South African red bush. They are harvested and then milled (grinded). During the milling they are bruised between the rollers. Then are allowed to dry usually by sun and fermented.
Leaf Style:
Very small red colored leaf. They are regular sized and easily recognizable to the eye.
Cup Characteristics:
They give a reddish color brew, with a mild, sweet, citrus aroma. A good base for blending with many other teas.

Additional facts:
1.5tsp. per 8 oz. of water and steep for 5 to 6 minutes
Water should be at 208 degrees
