Production:
Withered leaf is fed into the CTC machine (Cut-Tear-Curl) where it is torn into small shreds, and rolled into irregular tiny balls, which are then oxidized and dried.
Leaf Style:
Irregular pellet-shaped leaf; limited range from Broken to Dust.
Cup Characteristics:
CTC teas typically have a thicker body and sharper astringency than orthodox teas, and stand up well to milk.

1tsp. per 8 oz. of water and steep for 3 to 4 minutes
Water should be at 195 degrees
